As soon as you place an order, our team start working tirelessly on it so you get your item as soon as possible. Now, since we make some of our products after you order, it may take some time for us to ship it. In this times of COVID and Heavy rains in Mumbai, shipping can be delayed, as couriers are also running late. So Kindly Co-operate if shipments get delayed, we will try to ship as soon as possible but If your item still hasn't been dispatched, we've probably contacted you already. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING COSTS

We're going to be straight with you. All our products are shipped free of charge, unless you want to go for the COD (Cash on Delivery) option. In that case, there shall be a small amount of  ₹50 added to your order total.
 

DELIVERY CHANNELS

We rely on a whole bunch of shipping partners like Fedex, Delhivery, Xpressbess, Bluedart, Shree Tirupati Couriers, Proffessional Couriers, India Post etc to get your order to you. All our services are track-able and most of them deliver across the country. You'll get a tracking ID once we dispatch your order, and you can track it anytime, anywhere. In some cases, your address shall be non deliverable, and someone from our customer care team will call you to tell you how sad and sorry we are.

DELAYED DELIVERY

In case your order hasn’t reached you in the time it should, you should track it. You can contact our shipping partners directly with your tracking ID as reference (which is slightly easier for you) or you can email us.
