Q. How Do I Check The Current Status of Order?

Normally, it may take 2-3 working days for your order to get dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as the order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message including the courier tracking information.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?

After your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, it will take around 2-4 days to reach you. You can always keep a track of your order by the courier tracking details provided to you.

 Q.How Does the Delivery Process Work?

All orders are sent through reputed courier companies like Shree Tirupati Courier, Professional Courier, India Post, Etc. As your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message with the courier tracking information. This is the time, we both eagerly wait for your order to get delivered to you at the earliest.

 Q. Can I get faster Delivery?

We process your orders in the order they are received. But if in case you need a faster delivery, please contact us on noveltykart@gmail.com and we will try to send your order at the earliest.

 Q. I received Damed/Wrong item?

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Any damaged or wrong items received by you will be replaced from our side free of cost. Just drop us a mail at noveltykart@gmail.com with appropriate images / video of the damaged / wrong item.

Q. I have Changed my mind & wish to return the item?

Q. My Payment has been deducted but did not receive any confirmation message, what do I do?

Sometimes, this happens due to network issues. Do not worry, Please mail us at noveltykart@gmail.com, your full name with the payment details & we will be happy to confirm your order.

 Q. Do you provide COD(Cash On Delivery)?

Yes we do provide COD with extra charges
